What Senate Should do NOW re COVID-19 pandemic

Thank you for your continued work in the Senate during this tough time. I'm writing to advocate for the following: 1) We do not have time to pick and choose who gets the cash payment: $1000-$1200 per adult and $500 per child NOW, and tax rich people for it LATER in 2021! 2) DEFER ALL LOAN REPAYMENTS. The banks will simply accrue interest. This solves the accrual of debt for small businesses, landlords, hotels, etc. The banks can wait! In bank lingo: pause financial obligations to banks. (Note: I've consulted now 4 financial experts about what delaying loans repayments does to banks. Everyone scratched their head at first saying they're not sure. Then they realize: The only question is about liquidity. THE BANKS HAVE PLENTY to cover liquidity for necessities and interest. To maintain liquidity, the banks can place limits on withdrawals; people will deposit their UBI in the bank; any emergency expenses like car or computer breakdowns can go on a credit card to be paid later, and credit cards need to drop interest rates). 3) SIMPLE. FAST. EGALITARIAN. MINIMIZED BUREAUCRACY. DOES NOT DEMONIZE. DOES NOT MARGINALIZE. 4) Something to deeply consider: REQUIRE EVERYONE TO COVER THEIR NOSE AND MOUTH IN PUBLIC. MASK NOT NEEDED - USE A SCARF OR BANDANA. This is not to prevent well people from getting droplets from the infected: this is to catch the droplets from the asymptomatic, contagious infected people before they reach the air at all! In China, they required everyone to cover their face in public. This is not hard to do! Thank you so much.
