The American people are perfectly capable of having their say on the nomination of a replacement for Ruth Bader Ginsburg, so won’t you give us a voice? Let the American people decide. Let the senate appropriately revisit this matter when it considers the qualifications of the nominee the next president nominates, whoever that might be. Please prevail on Senator McConnell to not take up a nomination until after the inauguration.
