The testifying situation in NYC is outrageous. We are waiting over a week for results at this point which is bad enough for contract tracing to work, but elective surgeries mandate a test within 5 days of procedure and colleges are asking for paperwork and results within 7 days of returning to school. If you can train me I'd volunteer. This bottleneck for results MUST be remedied and fast.
