Lack of SBA money for actual small business

I understand this is a trying time. I understand that you are all working diligently to keep us safe and see this crisis through to the end. My question is, what are we doing to protect our small businesses? How do we address the lack of funds for truly small business? I am heartbroken that my co-parent was completely overlooked in the SBA loans and that very large business took the majority of it.
