Open up closed hospitals

As a follow up to my letter a few minutes ago, there are other former military facilities that could be repurposed fairly quickly. As I recall, Fort Ord had a hospital - I think some of it may now be used as a VA facility, but there may be space to reuse as additional medical facility. Any former military base that had medical facilities could be useful. There are also private hospitals that had closed due finances could be re-opened to stem the tide.
