The American people deserve to know how, in 2025—with advanced satellite systems, GPS precision, and entire departments dedicated to operational oversight—our military could “accidentally” invade a sovereign nation. This is not a trivial mistake. This is an international incident. I demand that you immediately investigate the following: 1. How such a fundamental procedural failure occurred. A wrong turn on a battlefield is not acceptable. Our military follows strict command structures, map protocols, and verification procedures. Were these ignored? 2. What role Secretary Hegseth played in authorizing, approving, or failing to supervise this operation. If leadership negligence contributed to this violation, the public must know. 3.
