You need to speak out — loudly and on the record — about what this administration is doing. Veteran political reporter Asawin Suebsaeng, who has covered Trump for over a decade, says this second term is dramatically worse than the first, which he himself calls "ridiculously corrupt, scandal-plagued, violent." The explicit mission now is the rapid consolidation and expansion of presidential power in the most extreme way possible before this term ends.
This isn't background noise. Fewer leaks mean less public visibility into what's happening, preemptive pardons are already being discussed, and the administration is pressing forward despite court losses. Your silence reads as acceptance. Voters are paying attention, and the anger out there is real. History will ask what you did when it mattered — and "waited to see how it played out" is not an answer I'll accept from my representative.
