This was in the NYT today: “Representative Hakeem Jeffries, the Democratic minority leader, met privately in recent weeks with Jared Kushner, President Trump’s son-in-law, to discuss potential areas of common ground, according to five people with knowledge of the meeting.” We generally believe that cooperation and working together is a good thing. However, Jared Kushner is just like Donald Trump - his only goal is to get more wealthy, just like Trump and his other cronies. And what do we ordinary Americans get? Nothing but a huge bill and more national debt. Enough! There should be no negotiating with this corrupt administration. When the Democrats take over the House, Hakeem Jeffries needs to step down and replaced with someone who will fight for us. Thank you.
