Just 4 months ago Congress approved $6 billion in funds for schools and summer camps. The Trump administration is holding back these funds illegally and ruthlessly. Every state in the country is entitled to at least $25 million in funding from impacted programs. So maybe the children of billionaires won’t be affected by this and can enjoy their summer eating and having a good time BUT many non-wealthy Pennsylvania children and non-wealthy children in every other state will go hungry and bereft. CONGRESS ALLOCATED THESE FUNDS. THE PRESIDENT CANNOT LEGALLY WITHHOLD THEM. CONGRESS NEEDS TO ACT, NEEDS TO RECLAIM ITS POWER AS A CO-EQUAL BRANCH OF GOVERNMENT WITH THE POWER OF THE PURSE!!! DO SOMETHING!!!
