-In-Person Submission Requires these documents be presented in person, which would end mail-in voter registration hindering online voter registration in 42 states.
-Impact on Specific Groups: requirements overreach affects approximately 21 million voting-eligible citizens who do not have ready access to a passport or birth certificate. Plus, an estimated 69M women who have changed their names after marriage birth certificates won’t match their current legal name
