As Chair of the Appropriations Committee you had all the power to keep a police state in the form of ICE from happening. You knew the funds for ICE were only going to create a super charged private police force for Trump and you let the Bill out from committee anyway, so it could be passed. How will you protect us all from the powerful, secretive, and unaccountable police force that is ICE? You have helped unleash a monster. Now what will you do to protect us?
