Congress decides if the US is in NATO, not wannabe dictator Trump. Funny to start a war of aggression with a so-called "state sponsor of terror" and then demand we abandon our greatest military alliance. It seems like Trump wants the US to be attacked and wants us to be entrenched in wars at home and abroad. He is an absurd, inept, embarrassing, and obviously incapacitated failure. Impeach him for his constant attempts to circumvent the constitution, before he gets MORE Americans killed.
