I am writing to ask for your support in extending the ACA enhanced premium tax credits. The House has already acted with a bipartisan 230–196 vote to protect families from devastating premium hikes. In Tennessee, these subsidies are a lifeline for the self-employed and those without employer-based insurance. Allowing them to expire would effectively be a massive tax hike on working families. I urge you to prioritize this extension over partisan side-deals. Please ensure that millions of Americans—including your constituents—can continue to afford their health coverage in 2026.
