The Republican Administration’s Department of Education sat in a room and decided nursing, counseling, teacher education, and social work aren't "professional degrees" anymore: - During a national shortage. - During a mental health crisis. - In fields run mostly by women and minorities. - All of whom are mandated reporters of child abuse, while this administration has very legitimate and serious allegations of child abuse (Donald Trump and Linda McMahon) and pardons child abusers. Their policies are a slap in the face to women, minorities, and working people across this country.
