Vote NO on the Partisan CR

To: Sen. Gillibrand, Sen. Schumer

From: A verified voter in Jamaica, NY

March 12

I urge you to vote no on the continuing resolution that the house passed. Republicans should come to the table and negotiate a proper solution that halts the DOGE experiment and properly funds the government. Just as they expect Democrats to negotiate when we have the majority, they must come to the table or face a government shutdown. One that would land squarely on their shoulders as they hold the majorities and the white house. As we've seen in the past they will come to the table, but allowing them to set the rules and the goals alone is dangerous and we all know it. Please also urge your Senate colleagues to vote no. Although John Fetterman is willing to capitulate, no one else should. We must bring Republicans to the negotiating table or risk further erosions and another loss in the midterms and upcoming Governor races. Thank you.
