I am urging you to halt the Trump administration's dismantling of the Ocean Observatories Initiative. Congress already restored funding twice after the administration proposed 80% cuts. NSF decommissioned the network anyway. Recovery operations are underway right now. Once these instruments are gone, a decade of continuous ocean data collection cannot be easily or cheaply replaced. Please act immediately to stop this. Thank you.
