A year and a half into Trump’s second term, I am continually outraged by the corruption. Trump and his family have made BILLIONS from crypto currency, questionable transactional international deals and government grants awarded to Trump companies. Add to that the ‘pay for pardon’ scheme and you’ve got grift above and beyond anything Americans have ever seen before. NOW he wants to ‘swap’ a piece of Yosemite to a private developer. Is there NOTHING Donald Trump will not do for money and power? Congress has allowed this to happen. I am aware that Congress is controlled by the GOP. Clearly they have no inclination to defy Trump. I continually hope that SOME GOP elected Congress members will remember their oath was to the Constitution and NOT to Donald Trump. I continually hope that SOME GOP elected Congress members will say ‘enough is enough’. My hopes have been dashed again and again. Now I hope that the midterm elections will break this GOP trifecta and FINALLY hold this administration responsible for ALL their misdeeds including the grift and transactional crap that exudes from Donald Trump’s pores.
