I am writing to demand that you immediately initiate impeachment proceedings against President Donald Trump and Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller for their willful obstruction of the Epstein Files Transparency Act. This is not a request for consideration. This is a demand for action against officials who are flagrantly violating a law that Trump himself signed on November 19, 2024.
The law required the Justice Department to publish unclassified files related to Jeffrey Epstein within 30 days. Nearly two months past that deadline, less than 1 percent of millions of documents have been released. The December 19 release, deliberately timed for the Friday before Christmas when public attention was minimal, consisted of a small, sloppily redacted batch designed to create the appearance of compliance while concealing the truth.
Attorney General Pam Bondi's excuse about logistical challenges is demonstrably false. Frank Figliuzzi, a former high-ranking FBI official who managed nationwide investigations involving massive amounts of raw data, has publicly stated he does not buy the claim that human beings must manually review everything. The FBI has been highly digitized with tools specifically designed to speed up redactions and disclosures. The administration assigned over 500 reviewers yet refuses to provide any timeline for completion. This is deliberate obstruction.
Trump and Miller are blocking transparency about crimes against children and the powerful networks that enabled those crimes. They are denying justice to victims and concealing information the American people have a legal right to see under a law Trump signed. This is an impeachable offense.
I expect you to introduce articles of impeachment, conduct oversight hearings, issue subpoenas for all internal communications about this delay, and vote to remove both Trump and Miller from office. Anything less is complicity in their obstruction. Act now.
