Supreme Court Reforms are Necessary The shadow docket should be eliminated, justices required to report conflicts of interest, and orders must be signed. The recent ruling claiming no harm from states on the executive order limiting voting rights is a direct assault on the American people and our democracy. Finally, the US Postal Service should have ZERO impact or say on our election system, which is governed by the states. This is a disgrace and the justices upholding Trump’s Executive Order should be known to the American People.
