I'm calling on you to support H.4217 An Act to Ensure Fair Due Process in Special Ed Disputes. With the recent gutting of the special education department, this bipartisan bill NEEDS to be passed. Co-sponsoring the bill will clearly state that Massachusetts continues to care for their disabled and Special needs constituents without question, despit e the nasty attitudes directed at us from the current administration. I'm counting on your support of this bill, and I hope you will continue to do everything possible to protect our most venerable members of society. Thank you!
