Where do the savings go? With all the cuts in spending, reduction in forces, cuts in programs, I am wondering now. Where will the savings go? To Space-X and Boeing? Or will the tax burden on people and states be reduced? Of course, it doesn't help those with so little income that they owe no taxes, or get a refund. Those people would prefer the services the taxes pay for to be available.
