The Paramount–Warner Bros. Diecovery merger isn't about creating better entertainment. It's about cutting costs and squeezing workers. Writers, actors, and crew will have fewer employers to work for, which means less bargaining power and lower wages. State AGs are stepping in to fight back because our corrupt federal government wouldn't. Trump got his bribe and the FTC provided the rubber stamp.
