Vote YES on H.R. 7930. Narco got pardoned. Crisis = fentanyl, not me.

To: Rep. Jackson, Sen. Durbin, Sen. Duckworth

From: A constituent in Homer Glen, IL

December 4

I am a chronic pain patient in your district/state. The overdose crisis is 95% illicit fentanyl — not doctor-prescribed opioids. Long-term pain patients like me are NOT dying, yet doctors are terrified to prescribe because of the 2016 CDC guideline and DEA threats. I am being denied safe, legitimate medicine while a convicted narco-trafficker who smuggled 400+ tons of cocaine just got a presidential pardon. Please immediately co-sponsor and fight for: - H.R. 7930 – Chronic Pain Patient Protection Act (makes CDC guidelines truly voluntary again and protects doctors) - H.R. 3259 – NOPAIN Act - H.R. 7949 – Alternatives to PAIN Act Stop the war on patients. We are watching how you vote.
