I'm writing to urge you to oppose KOSA, IODA, the SCREEN Act, KOSMA, the APCA, and the BlockBEARD Act. SESTA and FOSTA have failed to protect children from being groomed on child-friendly spaces, which is where predators most often congregate. These bills would only make it easier to prosecute legal speech and adult expression, while family members like my great-nephews have a greater chance of being groomed or exploited on ROBLOX. Age verification and obscenity laws have been a failure for decades, while the real threats to families, like school shootings and unconstitutional deportations, still endanger millions. It's time to stop blaming pornography and fictional content for issues that have long been happening for decades. Oppose these bills and address the real threats to families. Thank you.
