Fight! Please continue to fight for a full CR of at least 2y - no getting the gop thru elections and then letting cuts kick in! The proposed 'agriculture, military construction, and legislative operations' is disgusting and unhelpful. It sounds to me like ICE/geogroup/etc wants payments for new detainee facilities, or Pete wants to keep killing fishermen from Venezuela, legislators want to get paid (understandable, but so do TSA and air traffic controllers), and they want credit for funding SNAP and farming subsidies. Fight! Fight for that full CR and the dead minimum of healthcare help for Americans you've already asked for.
