Do Not Pass Bill that Funds Immigration Enforcement Without Meaningful Reforms I am urging you to oppose any DHS funding bill that allows ICE and border enforcement practices to continue without meaningful reform. Reports of warrantless entries, masked agents, lack of accountability, and due-process violations are unacceptable in a democracy. Funding must be conditioned on clear guardrails: judicial warrants for home entries, visible identification, body-camera requirements, transparency in detention practices, and enforceable oversight. Do not pass a bill that funds enforcement without reforms. Public safety and constitutional rights are not mutually exclusive and should not be negotiable.
