You must plainly and loudly denounce President Donald J. Trump for his racist and repugnant Truth Social post depicting former President Barack Obama and former First Lady Michelle Obama as apes. It is a direct deployment of dehumanizing stereotypes, and it is behavior unbefitting not just an elected official, but any decent human being. Mr. Trump is using his platform to enact cruelty and divisiveness, and it cannot be tolerated.
