I'm writing to demand Rep. Ryan oppose H.R. 7757, the KIDS Act bill package that includes KOSA. This broad legislation does nothing to protect anyone. Instead, it blocks state level laws and shields big tech companies from accountability. It must be opposed. Oppose H.R. 9237, the Take Care of America's Veterans Act, unless the disability compensation funding provisions are removed. Providing much-needed care and earned benefits for one group of veterans should not be paid for by slashing the benefits of another. Lastly, I'm deeply concerned about harmful provisions in the National Defense Authorization Act and the wasteful increases in Pentagon spending. I specifically ask that Rep. Ryan oppose Section 224, the expanded U.S.-Israel defense technology integration, and funding to rename the Department of Defense the Department of War, and funding for the Golden Dome missile shield, and funding for Trump's new battleship program, and an unnecessarily bloated $1.5 trillion dollar defense budget. I will be watching this very closely. NO foreign nation should be given this kind of access to our military and money.
