Vote no on judicial nominee Justin Smith. His refusal to answer a question about the 2020 election is disqualifying. Do I need to add that you should be confirming ZERO judicial nominees for a president who is defying court orders every day and overseeing the destruction of constitutional order? No judicial confirmations for a president who is trying to steal the 2026 elections by illegal executive orders. No judicial nominees for a president whose usurped congres's constitutionally enshrined powers of appropriation, tariffs, and war powers. Please, NO on Justin Smith and NO on further undermining of the constitution. Trump is a felon and a rapist. He is failing his oath uphold the constitution and failing his duty to see the laws faithfully executed. A scoff-law should not appoint judges. The senate should not confirm nominees who will collapse the constitutional separation of powers. Hold the line. Honor your own oath.
