You need to investigate and publicly condemn how Trump is using taxpayer money to enrich himself and his family. This isn't speculation — it's documented. The White House used $20 million from Department of Homeland Security funds to produce pro-Trump political ads. That's our money, spent on campaign propaganda. And when Trump banned news outlets from the White House press pool, taxpayers were billed for "Trump TV," a livestream his organization then filed a trademark on to monetize privately.
Meanwhile, Trump made $2.24 billion in 2025 alone — a 197-page financial disclosure compared to Biden's 11 pages. The UAE bought half of his family's crypto firm, and two weeks later got access to rare, high-value computer chips. His sons are cutting real estate deals across the Middle East with direct government involvement while buying shares in defense companies that land Pentagon contracts. This is not a gray area. It is corruption, and 89% of Americans in a recent Gallup Poll agree that government corruption is widespread.
Congress has the power to act as a check on this. The guardrails — inspectors general, the Office of Government Ethics, the DOJ's public integrity section — have been gutted. That makes your oversight role more critical, not less. Do your job and hold this administration accountable.
