I'm writing today to ask you to support the SCERT Act. SCERT would hold rogue Supreme Court members accountable to the Constitution, not to religious special interests that are hostile to free speech and expression. With the Court's willingness to trample the rights of all Americans by letting the president get away with his anti-American agenda, their willingness to allow for the arrests of lawmakers, judges, immigrants, journalists, and to crush the rights of women, LGBTQIA, minorities, sex workers, workers, the press, lawyers, and anyone who is not a Christian Nationalist, it's clear that the court should be held on a tighter leash. They and the Fifth Circuit are in need of major reforms to better keep the Constitution intact and out of the hands of the president.
