Do not provide funding to ICE and DHS without real reforms to protect the safety and due process rights of people in America, and to restrict their operations only to actual violent criminals as people voted for. Consider increasing the requirements related to body cameras to ensure they are actually effective in monitoring ICE's actions and enabling repercussions for ICE's abuses.
