I am your constituent. The U.S. ratified the ICCPR but declared it non-self-executing, so people cannot enforce it in court.The UN Human Rights Committee has found that forced pregnancy, enforced sterilization, and denial of essential reproductive care can violate ICCPR rights to life, privacy, equality, and freedom from cruel treatment.Please pass implementing legislation, or withdraw the non-self-executing declaration, so these rights can be enforced against the government.I want a recorded response on what you will do.
