Vote NO in this Budget Bill! My family relies on Medicaid and Medicare. My father is 77 and slowly dwindling. My mom has Parkinson’s. They worked hard their entire lives and need the support of these programs to help keep them afloat. Now we are seeking to wrest that away from them? My story is not the exception, but the rule. So many of your constituents rely on these programs to survive. I already struggle to make ends meet. I’m at real risk of losing my house by the end of this year and now we are poised to make that even harder for me and my family? For the lives of average Americans? This bill is awful. Economists warn of how detrimental this will be. Please listen to your WHOLE constituency, not just those who voted for you or line your pockets. This bill must be defeated where it stands.
