PLEASE withhold your votes from any DHS appropriations bill unless it meets these MINIMUM conditions: 1) Ensures there is not ONE PENNY MORE for ICE or CBP, 2)Pulls ICE and Border Control OUT of the Twin Cities and the REST of our communities, 3) Prevents Ice or Border Patrol enforcement at designated “sensitive locations” such as house of worship, day cares, and hospitals, 4) Restricts ICE and Border Patrol’s ability to target people based on their race, language, or accent, place of employment, or location at the time of apprehension, 5) ENDS the administrations unlawful practice of warrantless home entry and arrests. I also expect you to make it clear that if we show up in November and give the Senate back to the Democrats, the Senate will claw back the entire $75 billion allotted to ICE by the Big Awful Bill, and DISMANTLE Trump’s secret police.
