I’m writing with three important requests: 1. Take action to uphold the Constitution and respond to the President’s refusal to follow Supreme Court rulings. 2. Vote NO on the SAVE Act (S.128). 3. Support a change in Democratic leadership in the Senate. Uphold the Constitution: I’m disturbed by President Trump defiance of Supreme Court orders, like in the case of Kilmar Abrego Garcia. When a president doesn’t follow the law, it puts our democracy at risk. I appreciate your efforts so far, and I ask you to keep standing up for the Constitution and holding the executive branch accountable. Oppose the SAVE Act: The SAVE Act would make it harder for people to vote. It’s unfair and dangerous. Please vote against this bill. We need to protect the right to vote for everyone. New Senate Leadership: Right now, we need strong leadership in the Senate. I believe Chuck Schumer is not the right person to lead us through this moment. Please support a new leader who is ready to fight for our democracy. Thank you for listening, and thank you working on behalf of all Michiganders.
