At the Northwest Detention Center, over 140 detained immigrants have declared a hunger strike. They are being treated inhumanely by the GEO Group. The 140+ people on a hunger strike are demanding healthy food with protein & medical attention for sick people, especially those with diabetes. They are human beings and need to be treated humanely. Furthermore, the NWDC needs to be shut down and the 140+ detained immigrants must be reunited with their loved ones. DO SOMETHING. We elected y’all. What are you doing if not trying to help all of us?!
