Detainees in Delaney Hall must have access to the law and legal protections. Release the sick, elderly and children. Expedite court proceedings. Allow immigration lawyers to represent the detainees. Moving the detainees outside the rule of law is unAmerican, unconstitutional, and unconscionable. It must stop.
