A friend of mine just spent the evening keeping two people company who were released from the Burlington ICE facility, over 2 hours from their home, one without ID. They had been picked up for no reason and detained for months. This is the sort of thing being done in our district. You must not allow any more funding for this cruelty, and make regular, unannounced inspections of these facilities. We need you to stand strong against more DHS funding for ICE. This must stop!
