With regards to the recent Supreme Court decision, if a President is immune for "official acts", what prevents a President from having opposing Senators and Supreme Court Justices "taken out"? In simple self-defense, Congress must pass a law specifying what "official acts" the President can be prosecuted for, as well as reigning in the Supreme Court.
