Climate change is an existential threat to humanity. As a costal state with a culture deeply tied to the environment we are especially vulnerable to climate change. We must do more to address it. It is extremely likely that the incoming administration will seek to undo environmental protections as such it falls to the state to protect our environment. Support environmental protection laws, policies reducing green house gases, support reduce/reuse/recycle campaigns, promote sustainability & renewable energy, tax the rich, and educate people on the very real dangers of climate change.
