I would appreciate a yes vote on at Senate Bill 1186 that would raise the state minimum wage to $20 an hour Not so much for my benefit but for the benefit of all the folks out there working three and four jobs to survive 7.25 an hour wasn’t enough to live on 18 years ago. It certainly isn’t enough now Want young people to get married and start families? Increase the wage Want fewer people to need state benefits to survive? Raise the minimum wage Want to increase the labor participation rate. Make going to work worthwhile Thank you
