I’m deeply concerned that Trump’s seems to have decided to fire Christopher Wray – whom he appointed to a 10-year term that is not up. Replacing him with Kash Patel may be the worst idea yet, in a sea of bad and dangerous ideas. He has said he will dismantle the agency, even saying he would close the building on day one! Firing a Senate-confirmed FBI director so that the president can replace him with a loyalist will destroy the balance so carefully crafted into the FBI director process. The FBI director is supposed to be insulated from politics. You need to speak out loudly and refuse to cede your Constitutional power and responsibility. Thank you.
