Investigate Meta's Prediction Market Push and Protect Young Adults

Meta is building a gambling platform called Arena, targeting 18-to-34-year-olds, and you need to act before it launches. Mark Zuckerberg has already directed executives to partner with prediction market platforms Polymarket and Kalshi, while simultaneously developing Arena in-house with plans to embed it directly into Facebook and Messenger. This is a company with 3 billion users engineering a pipeline from social media straight into speculative wagering, aimed squarely at young adults. This sector processed over $130 billion in trading volume in 2026 alone, with analysts projecting $1 trillion annually by 2030. Meta has explicitly not ruled out real-money mechanisms after launch. That is not a prediction app — that is a gambling product dressed up in video-game points until regulators look away. Meta's last financial venture, the Libra stablecoin, collapsed under regulatory pressure. This one needs the same scrutiny before it reaches 100 million young users. Investigate Meta's Arena project, demand transparency on its monetization roadmap, and push for regulatory oversight before this platform goes live. Young people deserve protection from a trillion-dollar corporation deliberately engineering addictive financial speculation into the apps they already use every day.
