Heidi Overton is unfit to lead the FDA and does not even understand how peer reviewed scientific research works. Two Americans have died and tens of thousands stuck with debilitating parasitic illness, as if it is the 19th century. All because Trump's FDA cares far more about political power and influence than keeping Americans safe at the simplest levels. We pay for an FDA that WORKS, not covers for the party's donors. We need research that is real, not that meets a political litmus test for someone who couldn't have earned her medical degree with her current anti-science talking points. We are sick of the grift. Do not confirm political hack Heidi Overton. Do not sell out our food and drug safety to yet another quack conspiracy theorist.
