So the plan is to starve people? Starve American children? Starve Elderly Americans? Starve disabled Americans? For what? Because you wanted to take away healthcare? Or because you want to protect the wealthy child rapists who fund your campaign of hate and violence against the most vulnerable Americans? End The Trump/Epstein/GOP shutdown. You control all three branches of government, so open it back up and do your damn job.
