I am writing to demand tangible action and accountability to check the Trump Administration’s defiance of court orders and disregard for rule of law. (1) publicly condemn the Trump Administration’s open defiance of court orders and demand adherence. (2) Subpoena Rubio and Noem to conduct investigations into First Amendment violations and due process rights of students, legal immigrants, and migrants. (3) support articles of impeachment and move to convict Trump for his repetitive defiance of constitutional law. Donald Trump is not king, and this is not a monarchy.
