Tariffs are the domain of congress, not the president. The chaos and economic anarchy the United States, and the rest of the world, is currently enduring is the direct result of the uneducated capricious whims of our president-- who believes himself a king. Congress MUST exercise their constitutional authority and stand up for themselves and the voters they represent.
