ICE and CBP have shown a pattern of reckless disregard for the rights, safety, and lives of the very citizens they are meant to protect. As such, it is time to take away their guns and other weapons—including pepper spray, flash-bang grenades, rubber bullets, and all other “less lethal” ammunition—until they can demonstrate that they have learned to use them responsibly. It is time to use Congress’s power of the purse to check this executive overreach. Do not allow any further funding for DHS unless the above conditions are met. Thank you.
