If Democrats do nothing to stop DHS, you will lose votes. Just shut down DHS if republicans don’t agree to your terms. Americans are desperate for Congress to stop ICE and CBP and protect citizens and immigrants, especially children. Congress will lose a tremendous amount of support if you let Schumer and Jeffries cave.
